How Does This All Work?
Beyond delivering exceptional results, our goal with any client project is making sure you feel informed and supported throughout the process. We’ve designed systems that are smooth, stress-free and set expectations for our work together.
Submit Inquiry Form
The first step is to fill out our inquiry form below to share more about your business. This info gives us a quick summary of what you’re looking for or struggling with in your business, as well as what packages or services you’re interested in. We review your form within 48 hours and follow up to book a one-on-one discovery call where we can learn more about your unique brand and business.
We Chat
During our call, we’ll talk more about your business, define goals, and identify your project’s timeline. This conversation lays the groundwork for our collaboration and gives us a good chance to understand each other, ask questions and clarify our process as it relates to your project. We love learning more about new clients and use this call to connect and absorb as much as we can!
You Book!
After our call, if we’re a good fit for one another, we follow up with a project proposal that includes your package details or itemized deliverables, overall investment, detailed service agreement and a deposit invoice. Once we’re officially signed on and the deposit has been paid, the fun begins! We continue our onboarding process with a welcome packet that fully outlines our next steps!
The Branding Process
After approving our proposal and submitting your deposit, we have you fill out an initial brand intake questionnaire before meeting for a 1:1 design consultation. In this meeting, we work on your core business values and map out your unique brand and strategy. Before any design work begins, we send you a creative direction to outline the overarching style. Defining this creative direction will unify core values, attributes, and personality traits, setting the stage for visually translating these elements into design. This step ensures alignment and clarity before the design journey unfolds.
